How do I place my order?
All Leif Vollebekk VIP upgrades must be purchased online. Upgrades are on sale now. After you click “Buy VIP Upgrade” next to your desired package, you will be directed to our ticketing partner to make and finalize your order.
Is there a ticket purchase limit?
Yes, there is an 4 ticket limit for VIP upgrades.
How can I request accessibility accommodations?

Please be sure to include as much information when submitting your request so we can ensure you have proper accommodations. All accessibility requests will be processed in the order they are received and dependent on availability.
Accessible seating accommodations will vary based on venue availability. Once your request is received, we will go over all available options.
How will I receive my VIP package merchandise?
All package merchandise will be distributed at 100x check-in upon arrival. Items must be picked up on-site as we cannot ship merchandise!
Where can I keep my merchandise during the show?
There is no onsite storage for guest merchandise. Guests will need to keep merchandise on their person, or leave it at their seat at their own discretion. 100x is not liable for any misplaced merchandise.
When will I receive information about 100x check-in?
More information and further instructions including 100x check-in location and schedule will be emailed to the purchaser, at the email address used for purchase, 5-7 days before the event. 100x is not responsible for failed / blocked / misdelivered / bounced email delivery.
Can I use my 100x package for a promotional giveaway?

Is there an age restriction for the Revelation Tour Unplugged VIP Upgrade?
The age policy varies by venue, but most shows are open to all ages. Please check your local event venue’s website for more information.
How will I receive my VIP upgrades for the show?
VIP upgrades are managed through will call. There are no physical or digital tickets to present – simply check in with our VIP team on-site, and we’ll confirm your upgrade from our list. You’ll receive a confirmation email at the time of purchase for your records.
Is parking included in the Revelation Tour Unplugged VIP Upgrade?
VIP upgrades do not include parking. Please check your local event venue’s website for more information regarding venue parking.
Is there a bag policy?
Bag policies vary from venue to venue. Please check your local event venue’s website for more information on their bag policy.
What if my plans change and I no longer want my purchased VIP upgrade?
All VIP upgrades are non-refundable. Please refer to our Purchase Policy for more details.
